Samsung Korea reveals the price and availability of Galaxy S8+ 6GB RAM variant

Samsung Korea had listed the 6GB RAM variant of the Galaxy S8+ on its website yesterday, and it has now revealed the pricing and availability details of the smartphone. As per Samsung Korea’s official blogpost, the variant of the Galaxy S8+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage will available for preorder till April 17. This variant is also expected to be launched in China.

This variant will only be available in Midnight Black, and is priced at KRW 1,155,000 (approx. $1,032) if purchased with a contract or KRW 1,270,000 (approx. $1,135) if purchased contract-free. It will be available for purchase through Samsung’s online store in KT, LG U+, SKT compatible variants. Those who preorder this variant will get a DeX (which usually costs $150) station for free.

That’s around 300usd more than the standard s8. Where is that money going to? 2gb extra ram shouldn’t cost more than 50usd. As for internal memory, apple only charge 100usd for 128gb extra memory.

Therefore, for extra 64gb should be 50usd extra.

The total extra cost based on the assumption above should only be 100usd and if that was the case i would have been happy to pay for this for better spec phone

Sorry who is this company who is selling the all very new ufs 2.1 hd you have no idea what the cost of the 128gb ver is, also no other company is selling. A phone with this type of ram and speed spec
