Digital Europe awards UHD certification to Samsung’s entire 2016 SUHD TV lineup

Earlier today, Samsung revealed that all of its 2016 SUHD TVs have been granted Ultra High Definition (UHD) TV certification from Digital Europe, which is one of the most influential and reputable organizations representing the digital technology industry in the continent.

Achieving certification from Digital Europe is no easy task, so Samsung should definitely consider this as an achievement as only the best and most reliable Ultra High Definition TVs on the market are entitled to bear the European UHD TV and Consumer Technology Association (CTA) labels.

Having the CTA branding on the box of the product will separate Samsung's SUHD TVs from the competition as it will provide customers with additional confidence that they're spending their money on a reliable piece of technology, and not something that didn't undergo thorough quality testing before it hit the shelves.

The European UHD TV and CTA labels will be on display on Samsung's SUHD TVs at this year's IFA exhibition in Berlin, Germany.
