Take a look at the interface of Samsung’s Galaxy C series handsets

Samsung officially launched its new Galaxy C series in China last month. This new lineup is made up of mid-range handsets that are fashioned out of metal. Samsung has only released the Galaxy C series in China for now and it’s unclear if the company is going to launch this series in other markets as well. If you’ve been curious about getting a glimpse of the interface we have you covered. The screenshots you see below show you almost every aspect of the Galaxy C series interface, so gawk for as long as you want.

Physical knobs on a stereo are an ergonomic success since they engage and exploit our opposable thumb and forefinger. Their imitation on a touchscreen interface simply can not do that and thereby entirely misses the point. On screen they are awkward to use in the extreme. Worse, their adoption speaks of a form over function philosophy – that is where the rot starts; Never mind that it does not work, it looks so cool!

While they might not give you the satisfaction you get while interacting with a physical Knob, they look good and are not so hard to interact with. This new Pantech phone comes with a physical knob to replace the volume rocker. Despite the midrange specs I love this phone. http://www.techpik.com/sky-im-100-unique-phone-pantech-jogwheel/

The new Samsung Grace UX that is allegedly coming debuting with the Note 7 is very different than this one. I saw the video yesterday, it looks more like a stock android.
