    T-Mobile offering free memory upgrade for the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge

    The fourth largest mobile carrier in the United States, T-Mobile, has launched a new promotion through which it is providing a free memory upgrade for customers who purchase the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge. T-Mobile actually offered a similar promotion a couple of weeks back as well, though this time around the promotion is only going to be valid for a few days so customers who have been on the fence about these handsets should make up their minds quickly if they want to pick one up from T-Mobile.

    As you all know very well the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 edge don't feature microSD card slots so it's impossible to expand the onboard storage unless you heavily rely upon cloud storage services. Samsung is selling these handsets in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB flavors but the price increases with every storage tier and that's not acceptable to some customers.

    Playing on this, T-Mobile is running a promotion in which it's selling the 64GB Galaxy S6 and S6 edge for the price of the 32GB model which translates into a saving of about $80. Same goes for the 128GB model which can be purchased for the price of the 64GB model, that's a $100 discount off the usual price. T-Mobile's promotion starts tomorrow and runs through Saturday, June 27th.
