We exclusively reported a couple of days back that Samsung will soon launch two new devices to take the Galaxy J series forward, the Galaxy J5 and the Galaxy J7. According to our information the Galaxy S5 (SM-J500F) is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with 1.5GB RAM, 8GB internal storage and a 2,600mAh battery. A micro-SD card slot is present as well. The device is going to feature a 5.0-inch HD TFT LCD display, a 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Specifications of the Galaxy J5 have now emerged through GFXBench and reiterate what we have already reported. The 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor from Qualcomm is present coupled with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB of onboard storage. All of the specifications from GFXBench are consistent with our report, even the fact that this device will be running Android 5.1 straight out of the box. Samsung is expected to launch the new Galaxy J series handsets in the coming months.
