Samsung has announced on its support page that the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition on T-Mobile has started receiving an over the air update to Android 4.4.4, the last and final version of Android KitKat. The update comes with build number P607TUVUANI1 and doesn't have any changes other than what you get in Android 4.4.4, which is to say you won't exactly notice any differences but will have a more secure and bug-free tablet. It's surprising to see the LTE variant getting the update first, but we're sure the Wi-Fi-only variants won't be left on Android 4.4.2 for too long, especially given the pace at which T-Mobile devices have been getting upgraded to 4.4.4.
Have you received a notification for the over-the-air update on your Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition yet? Let us know if you have, and whether you've noticed anything different after updating.
