We've all been awaiting the Android 4.4.4 update for Samsung devices, and it looks like the Galaxy S5 could soon land the update, at least in the US. Sprint's variant of the Galaxy S5 has been spotted on the carrier's website sporting the latest version of KitKat, which means the update is under testing, and considering carriers usually release updates after the international version, it shouldn't be long before an OTA update starts rolling out to Samsung's 2014 flagship.
As usual, there's no telling when the rollout will actually start, but it does seem Galaxy S5 owners won't have to wait long before they can start using Android 4.4.4. It's too bad the update is coming so late, with Android L already on the horizon, though it shouldn't be disappointing too many users given Android 4.4.4 is such a minor update.
