The Galaxy Note III and the Galaxy Gear smartwatch are undoubtedly going to be the stars of Samsung's IFA event, but according to a report by Korea Times, the Korean manufacturer will also launch an extended lineup of new TVs. It will be part of the company's efforts to become the biggest home appliances makers in the world, and everything from Ultra HD TVs to Smart TVs will be announced at the event.
Samsung will also be putting forth a new corporate strategy for home appliances and TVs, and discussing it with the media on September 5. The new lineup and strategy are supposed to be a “turning point” for the company's TV business, so it will be interesting to see what they can come up with.
