Despite being more than a year old and having been succeeded by the Galaxy S4 Zoom and the Galaxy NX, Samsung's first foray into camera-cum-smartphones, the Galaxy Camera, has held a pretty high price tag. Not anymore though, if you're in the UK – retailer Expansys is now selling the 3G-enabled Galaxy Camera for £274.99, down from its £379.99 price.

As a reminder, the Galaxy Camera is basically a Galaxy S3 with a dedicated camera sensor on the front, an LCD display instead of an AMOLED one, and lesser inbuilt storage. There's a 16-megapixel camera with 21x zoom and 23mm ide-Angle lens, 4.8-inch 720p display, 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of built-in storage and microSD slot, Wi-Fi, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity, a 1,650mAh battery, and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

The camera offers 3 different modes for shooting – automatic, smart, and expert – to cater to the demands of every user and situation, which you can read about in our review. Hit the source link below if the lowered price of the Galaxy Camera interests you.
