Also we have to say sorry if we were wrong with updates. The insiders of SamMobile are focused on new phones and tablets.
They only hear about updates… Not specified when or for which devices.
One of the insiders of SamMobile could confirm the updates are most of the time ”ready” but needed to wait on Samsung HQ to get approved.
We understand that Samsung HQ KOREA wants to have control on each and everything but let other Samsung corporations wait to update isn't smart either.
Many Samsung customers don't understand why Samsung cooperation knows nothing. Specially when they read or see updates started to rolling out in other countries.
Another big problem is that the most updates always come in parts and not like Apple / Google do in one time for all countries.
The connection between Samsung KOREA and Samsung cooperations is really bad.
Samsung corporations can't confirm anything and because of this the end customer feels bad about the company.
This problem is also present with other OEMs like HTC or LG but they announce a time frame in which they will release the updates and they roll-out updates in every country.
Samsung owners don't care to wait longer but ONLY if Samsung actually tells them about the updates, like Samsung didn't even officially announced if the Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note will even receive Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update.
Because of these issues the end user decides to switch OEMs.
Samsung has not officially confirmed in a statement which and when the devices will be updated.
This is really really bad for such a big company like Samsung.
We of SamMobile hope that Samsung will not get too cocky and think that they are number one nothing can go wrong.
Just look at Nokia, they were once world's biggest smartphone maker but look at them now.
Samsung your first priority is to listen your customers, you will not make them happy your sales will eventually go down, which we don't want.
