The Galaxy S25 Edge is the latest flagship phone that Samsung wants to sell you. The device has a lot going for it, and there are a great number of reasons why someone should consider opening up their wallet for it.
Our latest video provides a different view, particularly why you shouldn't buy the Galaxy S25 Edge, but the reasons aren't going to be what you think they might be.
For a device at its price point, the Galaxy S25 Edge doesn't have the kind of camera specs or battery capacity that you can get with other devices within the Galaxy S25 series. If you buy the device with those expectations in mind, you'd be in for a disappointment.
The Galaxy S25 Edge's unique selling point is about the numbers on the spec sheet or the features that it has. It's about the feeling that it gives you when you hold it in the hand.
It's an incredibly special device, at just 5.8mm thin and weighing only 163g. If you see it lying on a table, you'd be pulled in by its magnetic aura to just experience holding it in your hand.
If you're not ready to sacrifice the conventional way of valuing a smartphone based primarily on its specs and features, then you shouldn't buy the Galaxy S25 Edge because you won't be happy with it. If you understand the reason for this device's existence and want it precisely for that reason, then you'd be a very happy camper when you buy the Galaxy S25 Edge.
We dive into this in a lot more detail in the YouTube video, so be sure to check it out.
