Nearly every Galaxy phone, rigid or foldable, can make a good gift. But we'll try to narrow it down somewhat.

Starting with the S25 series, the base Galaxy S25 is still the most compact non-foldable premium phone. The Galaxy S25 Edge is a gorgeous device with a very thin profile and a titanium frame. And the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the best rigid phone of the year, spec by spec.

In the foldable phone lineup, you may want to skip the Fan Edition flip phone if you can afford it. Instead, we recommend the gorgeous Galaxy Z Flip 7, or if you want to spend a lot more on your gift for someone who wants a versatile premium phone, pick the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

And finally, if you're in the market for something that doesn't cost as much but can still make someone happy, you should check out the Galaxy A56. It's the first A-series phone to have smooth UI performance and two-day battery life. Its build quality is also surprisingly good.

Same as before, we could recommend every single Galaxy wearable as a gift idea, as each has something to offer.

But if we try to narrow the list down, we would recommend the Galaxy Buds 3 FE and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in the wireless earbuds department. The Pro earbuds are the best in Samsung's lineup, and the FE earbuds are the cheapest, but they both have a stemmed design with silicone eartips for a good fit.

Of course, the Galaxy Ring will always make for an interesting gift, especially for someone who wants to track their health, sleep, and fitness activities without a smartwatch.

And lastly, speaking of smartwatches, take your pick. The entire 2025 lineup is fantastic. The base Galaxy Watch 8 model has a minimal design, and the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic has the iconic rotating bezel.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) offers a better rating for deep diving and is designed for an active lifestyle. This one makes for a great gift for anyone who likes hiking or other outdoor activities.

If you want to gift a Samsung tablet, we wouldn't advise going the cheap route. With their big screens, cheap and underpowered tablets don't offer the best experience.

If the budget allows it, you could go with a high-end model, such as the Galaxy Tab S11. Otherwise, you might not want to settle for anything less than the Galaxy Tab S10 FE, which is powered by the same chip as the Galaxy A56.

It's not easy to put a label on this device. It's Samsung's latest entry in the virtual reality market, and it's only available in Korea and the USA.

But if you want to surprise someone with a unique experience and you're able to pay $1,799 and up, the Galaxy XR headset can be a powerful, unique gift.

Just remember that you may want to spend extra on accessories. The optional controllers are required for most (if not all) games, and if your loved one wears prescription glasses, you'll have to order prescription lenses for the Galaxy XR through Samsung's website.
