Who says Neo QLED TVs can't be cheap?
Reading time: 2 minutes
Samsung's 2025 Neo QLED TV lineup consists of several models at different price points, and the QN1EF is the cheapest, even though it still boasts Vision AI. It usually starts at $1,299 in the USA, but thanks to new discounts, you can now buy it for as low as $849 and save $450.
That's for the smallest 55-inch variant. But you can also save $550 on the 65-inch Neo QLED QN1EF model or $650 on the 75-inch and 85-inch versions.
Here is a full breakdown of the latest discounts. Join us afterward for a brief overview of how the QN1EF model achieves such relatively low prices compared to other Neo QLED TVs.
What makes the Neo QLED QN1EF TV different from other Neo QLEDs from Samsung? What allows it to cost significantly less and be the cheapest Neo QLED?
In short, the Neo QLED QN1EF doesn't have as good an onboard speaker setup as other models, and more importantly, it has Quantum Matrix Slim backlight technology, which isn't as refined as other solutions and doesn't offer as many dimming zones.
Nevertheless, the Neo QLED QN1EF 2025 model offers good image quality and colors and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz at a 4K resolution.
It also boasts the same great Samsung TV Plus and Gaming Hub services as the much more expensive models. With access to these platforms, you get hours of entertainment for free or at almost no cost. Samsung TV Plus is free, while Gaming Hub offers easy access to paid cloud-gaming services.
