Samsung appears to be gearing up to release its first Ultra-branded robot vacuum. The company has just published a short teaser video highlighting the upcoming Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra and some of its cleverest features, one of which could change the robot vacuum series forever.

The video is under a minute long but showcases the hygienic 100-degree Celsius steam cleaning mode, the powerful AI vision that can detect liquids, and, of course, the vacuum's ingenious design that lets it roll over obstacles.

The teaser doesn’t confirm when the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra will be released. Still, the fact that Samsung felt it was time for a promo video suggests the robot vacuum’s debut is getting close.

Samsung first announced the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam at IFA 2025 and later brought the clever robot vacuum to CES 2026 in Las Vegas.

Among the vacuum's newest additions, the most impressive is arguably the retractable wheel on the underside. It helps the vacuum clear obstacles up to 4.5cm high. We captured it in action last year. Check it out below.

Clearing obstacles, or failing to do so, has long been one of the biggest inherent disadvantages of robot vacuum cleaners. That’s why Samsung’s Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra is a pretty big deal and could mark the beginning of a new chapter for this product category.

Features like these may soon become the norm for most Samsung robot vacuums — perhaps excluding the cheapest model, if there will be one — and could help narrow the practicality gap between robot vacuums and wireless stick vacuums.

For now, wireless stick vacuums win the practicality contest because they are easy to use and maintain, they are cheaper, and they do their job well without being hindered by stairs or thick rugs.

Samsung USA no longer sells the 2024 robot models

Pricing details for the Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra also remain unknown as of this writing. That said, Samsung appears to have cleared its inventory to make room for the new model, at least in the USA.

As of this writing, the only two vacuums available on Samsung’s US e-shop are the Bespoke Jet Stick Ultra and Lite. The Jet Bot vacuums from 2024 are gone without a trace.

We'll let you know as soon as we find out more about the first Ultra robot vacuum's whereabouts and pricing.
