Samsung is sending a notification in the Samsung Pass app to remind users to shift to the Samsung Wallet app.

In 2022, Samsung merged the functionalities of Samsung Pass and Samsung Pay into Samsung Wallet. Despite doing that, the tech giant has kept the two former apps alive to give people time to migrate from the old ones to the new one. However, it is soon going to retire them, and before it does that, it is reminding people who are still using them to migrate to Samsung Wallet.
As spotted by SammyGuru, Samsung has sent a notification in the Samsung Pass app notifying users that the Samsung Pass services will now be provided by Samsung Wallet. As such, it asks users to migrate from the former to the latter. It also says that once users migrate, the icon of the old app will disappear from their devices and the data in it will be saved to the new one.
Samsung Wallet allows you to save your ID cards, login information, digital keys such as those for your house and cars, and payment methods. It allows you to use those digital keys to access various assets and payment methods to make payments. You can also access it on your Galaxy Watch, which is very convenient.
To migrate from Samsung Pass to Samsung Wallet, you will have to download the Samsung Wallet app. To do that, go to the Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store, search for the Samsung Wallet app and download it. After that, open the app and sign in with the same credentials that you use for Samsung Pass.
