Samsung opens a new one-stop premium experience store in India

Samsung has opened a new one-stop premium experience store in India. It's the company's first retail experience store in City Center on MG Road in Indore — a hub that attracts young tech enthusiasts.

The retail space has a surface area of 300 square meters and consists of dedicated zones for different product categories, a dedicated premium service center, and a Samsung Store+ digital platform for shoppers who want to opt for home delivery.

Samsung celebrates the store's launch with several prizes customers can enjoy upon visiting, including:

25+ deals from premium brands.

Buy-one-get-one buffet deals across more than a hundred premium restaurants in India.

The new premium experience store in Indore's City Center offers dedicated zones for laptops, smartphones, tablets, and SmartThings devices.

Samsung is also launching a series of workshops through its Learn @ Samsung platform. The workshops are designed to show customers how to maximize the potential of AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

The company says the new store “reflects our larger commitment to expanding our premium retail presence,” which is refreshing to hear, considering that brick-and-mortar stores have become rarer in the age of online retailing.
