Samsung offers free stickers for Galaxy Buds 4 customisation but there's a catch

Last month, Samsung launched its new lineup of flagship truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones, the Galaxy Buds 4 and the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. Now, the brand has set up the ‘Galaxy Buds Custom Lab' section at its stores in Gangnam and Hongdae, where the company is offering stickers for the two earbuds for free, letting people customise and personalise them at no cost.

Among a plethora of stickers that Samsung is offering for free, there are ones with English and Korean letters, letting people customise their Galaxy Buds 4 with their initials. The brand says that by applying these stickers, people can create one-of-a-kind “My Own Buds.” You can check out some of the customisations in the images below.

What’s interesting is that the South Korean tech giant is allowing people who don’t own Galaxy Buds 4 series to customise a dummy unit of the earbuds with stickers and take it home with them so that they can use it as a keychain. This will attract more people to the store, increase the brand's fan following, and drive up sales.

Samsung says that it was inspired by Korea’s “Byeoldakku” culture, where people customise every little and big thing, such as pens, backpacks, laptops, bottles, tables, smartphones, and other such stuff, for launching the Galaxy Buds Custom Lab program.
