Every year at CES, Samsung unveils its new TVs, monitors, and home appliances. Since the CES 2026 expo will happen soon, the South Korean tech giant has released a short teaser video that offers us a glimpse at its next-generation TVs and home appliances ahead of the upcoming event.

Similar to its Galaxy Unpacked event, where it unveils high-end Galaxy phones and tablets, Samsung has given a name to its event where it announces new TVs and home appliances. It is called The First Look, and the event that will happen ahead of the CES 2026 expo is called The First Look 2026. Its teaser video follows the theme ‘Your Companion to AI Living.' In the video, you can see silhouettes of thin-bezel TVs with a metallic finish and a robotic vacuum cleaner with a camera.

Samsung says the video reflects Samsung's vision of integrating AI across its product portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services. The company has already revealed that it will bring Google's Gemini AI to its new Bespoke AI refrigerators. It isn't clear if Gemini is also coming to its next-generation TVs and Smart Monitors. Expect to see Neo QLED TVs (4K and 8K), The Frame series TVs, OLED TVs, Micro RGB TVs, and Micro LED TVs at the event.

The First Look 2026 media event will start on January 4 at 7 p.m. PST at Wynn Las Vegas in the USA. This is where the company will detail its upcoming TVs and home appliances. And those products will be showcased at Samsung's booth at CES 2026 in the second week of January 2026.

The event will feature TM Roh (CEO and Head of Samsung Device Experience), SW Yong (President and Head of Samsung Visual Display), and Cheolgi Kim (Executive Vice President and Head of Samsung Digital Appliance). Together, they will announce the new products and outline new strategies for their respective business divisions.
