Samsung offers a wide range of home appliances, and most of these products are among the best in their segment, offering a great set of features for price, long warranty periods, and arguably one of the best after-sales services. As it turns out, with all that, Samsung is the most loved home appliance brand in Australia.
Finder, in the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards, has named Samsung as Australia’s ‘Most Loved Whitegoods’ brand. The firm awarded the South Korean tech giant this award after surveying “tens of thousands of Australians about the brands they actually use to find the top performers.” That’s not all.
Finder has also awarded Samsung with twenty-one additional awards and mentioned the South Korean tech giant in thirteen Highly Commended sections, including washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, clothes washer and dryer combos, heat pump dryers, and stacked washer and dryers.
Samsung says that these awards highlight the brand’s leadership in design, innovation, and reliability. On the other hand, the South Korean tech giant is ruining people’s experience with the brand’s refrigerators featuring displays by showing advertisements on them. Fortunately, you can turn them off.
