After releasing the sixth One UI 8.5 beta update for the Galaxy S25 series last week, Samsung has now shared details about another upcoming software update. This time, the company has outlined the contents of its March 2026 security patch, which will roll out to eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
The March 2026 security patch includes fixes for 65 vulnerabilities affecting Galaxy devices. Of these, 60 are Android-related vulnerabilities known as Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs). The fixes for these issues were provided by Google.
The remaining five vulnerabilities are specific to Samsung Galaxy devices. These are referred to as Samsung Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVEs), and the fixes were developed internally by Samsung.
