In September this year, a Samsung smartphone with model number SM-A376B was spotted in the GSMA IMEI database. Going by the brand’s model number and naming convention, this phone was expected to arrive as the Galaxy A37, a successor to the Galaxy A36. Well, the company seems to have made progress with its development.

Firmware for the US carrier-locked variant of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A-series phone, the Galaxy A37, has been spotted on the brand’s server with firmware version A376USQU0AYK3, as you can see in the image below (via Akhilesh Kumar). It suggests that the brand has moved ahead with the development of its Galaxy A3x series phone for 2026.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn’t reveal any features about the phone. At the moment, there’s also no information about when Samsung will launch it. The brand released the Galaxy A36 in March. Considering that, the company may launch the Galaxy A37 around the same time (March 2026).

Samsung has launched the Galaxy A36 alongside the Galaxy A56. With that in mind, we expect the brand to launch the Galaxy A37 alongside the Galaxy A57, which is another Galaxy A-series device that Samsung is developing. Hopefully, we will see more leaks about these devices soon, shedding light on their specs, price, and availability.
