Samsung is the top recommended appliance and TV brand in the US

Samsung is a major player in the appliance and TV market of the United States. It has built a solid brand reputation over the years which is why it's no surprise that it has become the most recommended brand in these segments.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has named Samsung as the most recommended brand for home appliances and TVs in the country. ACSI is a nationwide ranking of how customers in the United States rate the products and services they use most frequently.

Its finding reveal that customers have a strong pride of ownership in Samsung products. Customers say Samsung's product quality, design, and solid customer support are among the main reasons why they buy and recommend its appliances and TVs.

Samsung's own research finds that more than 80% of customers say they've had such a positive experience that the brand will always be their first choice. They feel that not only are they getting the highest quality product but also a good value and great customer service.

This is Samsung's third year in a row scoring the top spot in ASCI rankings for home appliances and the second consecutive year in TVs. Samsung TVs were also in the top spot across several different rankings, including picture and sound quality, connectivity, durability, and design.
