Samsung Home loyalty program rewards loyal customers in India

Those who have purchased a Samsung refrigerator, microwave, TV, or washing machine from Flipkart on or after July 28, 2021, can get this benefit if they purchase another Samsung device till September 20, 2021. However, the offer would be applicable only if the second purchase isn't from the same category. It means that if you buy a TV, you can only get the loyalty program benefit if your second purchase is a refrigerator, microwave, or washing machine. Moreover, there should be a 15-day gap between the two purchases.

The maximum reward applicable for purchases below INR 30,000 is INR 1,250. The reward for the purchase value of INR 70,000 or above is INR 2,500. This reward is applicable on top of other cashback offers which can be availed using credit and debit cards from various banks. While the company wants to improve customer loyalty, there seem to be a lot of conditions to take the advantage of its new customer loyalty program.
