Samsung has announced that Samsung Health users can save money when ordering medicines. In addition to tracking users’ fitness and health data, Samsung Health can also remind users about their medication and allow them to buy medicines from nearby pharmacies.
Coupons for medications can now move seamlessly between Samsung Health and Samsung Wallet. This improves access to coupons that can help users get discounts when ordering medications from nearby pharmacies through Samsung Health. More than 70,000 pharmacies are listed on Samsung Health in the US, and users can find discounts through the Medications Tracker feature.
Once all the required medicines are added to the cart, users can check out using Samsung Wallet to find an applicable coupon. This can reduce their medication bills.
Samsung Health already offers access to health records from doctors. With HealthTap integration, users can securely discuss their prescriptions with board-certified physicians.
