Last week, South Korea’s Institute for Industrial Policy Studies ranked Samsung first in the service quality of home appliances in the country. Now, tech giant has received another award for service quality of home appliances.
Samsung Electronics Service has announced that it has been ranked first in the 2025 National Customer Satisfaction Index’s (NCSI) home appliance category for the second year consecutively, a testament to its service quality.
According to the tech giant, the NCSI evaluates service expectation level, service value and quality, and other factors through customers who have experienced a brand’s products as well as service. In all the major evaluation categories. Including service quality excellence, innovation, and professionalism, Samsung received the highest scores, fetching it the first place on the chart.
In the press release, Samsung points out the methods and technologies, including AI and various campaigns, to improve the service quality. The brand says that it is working on further improving it by implementing a system where it gives a service centre and an engineer with the highest customer satisfaction nationwide the ‘Excellent CS Service Center' and ‘CS Master' awards respectively.
