Samsung has finally unveiled the Galaxy S26 series today. It has finally provided the official price and release date information, even though much of it has already been rumored.
The good news is that Samsung has retained the same starting price for the lineup as last year, so the barrier of entry hasn't been raised.
Customers wishing to buy a Galaxy S26 can get the 12GB/256GB variant for $899. The other model with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage costs $1,099.
The Galaxy S26+ is available for $1,099 for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. For those who need the higher 512GB storage variant, the price is $1,299.
Samsung has also confirmed the pricing for Europe. The Galaxy S26 with 256/512GB storage costs €999 and €1199 euro, respectively. The same storage configurations of the Galaxy S26+ cost €1249 and €1449. Pricing tends to vary a bit in Europe based on the market due to local taxes but should be within this spectrum.
The company has started taking pre-orders for the new lineup from today. The new flagship lineup is due to be released on March 11 in markets across the globe. Samsung has also confirmed pricing for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, with the top of the line model starting at the same $1,299 price as its predecessor.
