The presence of a microSD card slot remains a recurring query for new flagship launches from Samsung. It's understandable: the company's top phones had external storage expansion through microSD cards for many years, so it's natural that people would want it to still be the case.
But the fact remains that Samsung has shifted away from this and it's highly likely we'll see a return of the slot on flagship phones. So, no, the Galaxy S25 Edge doesn't have a microSD card slot.
It's not surprising, either. Samsung's Galaxy S phones haven't had a microSD card slot since the Galaxy S21 series. Samsung didn't bring it back in any of the future iterations, and since none of the other Galaxy S25 phones have it, there was no chance that the Galaxy S25 Edge would have it.
Much like the 3.5mm headphone jack and IR blasters, the two beloved relics of the past, Samsung has firmly confined the microSD card slot on its flagship phones to history. Your only routes for additional storage is to either buy cloud storage or go for a USB-C flash drive.
Fortunately, the Galaxy S25 Edge ships with 256GB of internal storage as standard, and that will be enough for most people. Those who want more can pay extra for the 512GB variant.
