Samsung is holding a Galaxy Unpacked event on 10 July 2024. At this event, the company will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch FE, Galaxy Buds 3, and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
With only a month to go, Samsung is getting the six upcoming devices certified by various authorities. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is one of them. The brand has to get those devices certified from BIS to launch them in India.
Up until now, Samsung got the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Flip 6, Galaxy Watch 7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, and Galaxy Watch FE certified from BIS. Now, the company has gotten the Galaxy Buds 3 and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro certified from BIS.
According to previous leaks, the model number of the Galaxy Buds 3 is SM-R530 and that of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is SM-R630. BIS has now certified both the devices as you can see in the image below (via MySmartPrice).
It strongly suggests that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Buds 3 and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in India. However, that isn’t surprising at all as the brand has brought all the Galaxy Buds that it has launched in recent years to the Indian market.
We recently got our first look at the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The earbuds feature a stem, making them look similar to the Apple AirPods. The stem features Blade Lights, which could indicate various things.
Here are the 5 upgrades we want from the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
Reportedly, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro will feature a dual-driver design, Bluetooth v5.4, 24-bit 96KHz audio transmission (most likely Samsung Seamless Codec Hi-Fi), Adaptive ANC, Adaptive EQ, Ambient Sound, up to 30 hours battery life, and IP57 rating.
The Galaxy Buds 3 will have all those features except for Blade Lights, dual-driver design, Adaptive EQ, and Ambient Mode. All-in-all, the upcoming wireless earbuds from Samsung will be a huge upgrade over the Galaxy Buds 2 and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.
