Samsung has been a bit slow with the November 2025 security patch rollout, likely because its resources were tied up completing the One UI 8 update for all eligible devices. Still, the company is gradually catching up, pushing the latest security patch to more devices as the month goes on.

The Galaxy A54 is the newest model to join that list. The update has debuted in the USA and is currently available for unlocked units, with carrier-locked variants expected to follow soon. It carries firmware version A546U1UESGEYK2 and arrives roughly three weeks after the One UI 8 update.

Security fixes are the main, and only, highlight of this new Galaxy A54 update. The November 2025 patch addresses 25 vulnerabilities in the Android operating system and nine in Samsung’s One UI software, along with several issues found in select Exynos chips, including the one inside the A54.

To download the update on your Galaxy A54, just follow the usual steps: go to Settings > Software update and tap Download and install. If it doesn’t show up immediately, check again after a few hours, as it can take some time for the rollout to reach all devices.
