Just a couple of days before the month ends, Samsung has expanded the rollout of the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy A53. The fan-favorite mid-range phone first got One UI 7 in Korea three days back, and now, users outside of Samsung's home country can get a piece of the action.
The Galaxy A53 One UI 7 update has started rolling out in the UK, and we should see it go live in a few other countries in the next couple of days. The 3.5GB update can be identified by the build number A536BXXUEFYE2 and you can download it by hitting the Download and install button inside the phone's Settings » Software update menu.
This is the third major OS upgrade for the A53, and Samsung will follow it up with the final one—Android 16/One UI 8—later this year. The A53 might also get One UI 8.5 next year before Samsung stops releasing feature updates for it. After that, it will only receive security updates for around a year before software support ends completely.
