The labor union previously put forth 26 demands, but Samsung Display accepted only two. Workers demand a wage increase, but Samsung's management couldn't offer more than a 2% increase.
Furthermore, union members requested an increase in payable hours of 11,000 per every 1,800 workers, but Samsung Display says the figure should be limited to 7,000 hours.

Samsung recently launched its latest Neo QLED TV lineup and is expected to release the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 later this year.
