Samsung announced new AI-powered TV features at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Vision AI Companion (VAC) is the latest upgrade to Vision AI from 2025, and AI Soccer Mode Pro, along with AI Sound Controller Pro, are two of the more exciting VAC features for the 2026 TV lineup.

With the FIFA World Cup 2026 just over the horizon, AI Soccer Mode Pro couldn't have been introduced at a better time. This AI tool will enhance the viewing experience for soccer fans worldwide, providing insight and new ways to enjoy the sport.

AI Soccer Mode Pro will leverage the power of Samsung's AI systems to enrich the user experience before and during soccer matches.

  • Before matches, Samsung TV users can catch up on the latest rankings, learn more about star players, and ask for match predictions.
  • During matches, AI Soccer Mode Pro elevates picture quality and sound tuning “to stadium-level quality.”

Mute commentators or the crowd

Equally exciting is the AI Sound Controller Pro feature, which will allow Samsung TV users to mute individual sound channels and experience soccer matches in a whole new way.

During matches, Samsung TV users can raise, lower, or mute the volume of the crowd or commentary through simple voice commands. Ask the TV to mute the commentary, and you can enjoy soccer matches as if you were in the crowd.

These new AI-driven features seemingly make Samsung's TVs the best choice for soccer fans who are looking forward to the FIFA World Cup 2026, scheduled to kick off in June.

There are some caveats. Samsung says that Vision AI Companion is available in certain regions and for certain models. Availability will vary based on several factors, and voice commands are supported in a handful of languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, and Korean.

Samsung may offer more details on availability soon. We will keep you posted from CES 2026. In the meantime, check out our video below if you need an introduction to the Vision AI tool Samsung launched in 2025.
