The latest leaked build of Samsung's upcoming One UI 8.5 brings a new Phone app, which offers an entirely new layout.

Recently, a new build of Samsung’s upcoming One UI 8.5 leaked. We had reported about it bringing new app icons, new status bar icons, and a new search bar in the app drawer. Well, it seems to offer even more visual changes.
The latest One UI 8.5 leaked build brings a new Phone app. It offers two major changes. First, there is a new bar for tabs at the bottom. It is narrower and floats over the content in the background. Second, the Favourites section now shows contacts in the card format. You can check out the changes in the images below.

Some may say that the new Phone app's UI looks similar to that of iOS 26. They aren't wrong. There is some resemblance. However, One UI still looks very distinct. Looking at the pace at which the new features are being discovered, we assume that the latest leaked build of One UI 8.5 offers even more changes, which we may discover soon.
