It finally seems ready to release the stable update, as it is updating the Samsung Health app.
Samsung has released a new Samsung Health update (version 6.28.6.003) for Android smartphones. The update brings some new features found on the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra to older Galaxy Watches.
The Galaxy Watch 4 (and newer) running Wear OS 5 can now give you your Energy Score to help you improve your daily wellness. The smartwatches can also offer personalized health tips.
The changelog mentions that you can now set your health focus to get helpful advice for achieving personalized goals.
The AGEs index, which indicates your metabolic health, has also been mentioned in the changelog, but the feature is only supported on the Galaxy Watch 7. Samsung's inclusion in the changelog could be a mistake, as the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra already have that feature.
Samsung has also fixed various bugs fixes and applied specific improvements.
Now that Samsung Health has these features for the Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 6, it could finally be ready to roll out the stable One UI 6 Watch update to those who didn't participate in the beta program.
Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 6 users who participated in the One UI 6 Watch Beta Program have already received the stable update.
