It's hard to recommend an upgrade at this point. Keep your phone.

If you're rocking the Galaxy S23 FE in the USA, now might be the worst time to be looking for an upgrade through the trade-in program. Unfortunately, at the moment, Samsung seems to be massively undervaluing your phone — offering you a measly $50 for it in at least one case.
We went in and checked the trade-in discounts Samsung USA offers to Galaxy S23 FE users who might be looking for a better, newer phone. We came out empty-handed. There's not much you can choose from. As a matter of fact, we think you're better off holding on to your S23 FE for a while longer or buying a new phone outside the trade-in program instead of giving Samsung your S23 FE and potentially losing money.
Here are some of the worst examples we've found. This is why we believe now is not the time to upgrade your Galaxy S23 FE through the trade-in program.
As you can see, in some of these cases, you're actually spending more money on an upgrade if you exchange your phone. You're better off keeping your Galaxy S23 FE and choosing the no-trade-in option.
That's kind of ridiculous, and hopefully, the Galaxy S23 FE will pick up in trade-in value, at least for a little while. Keep in mind that the trade-in values above are subject to change. They might improve, and they only reflect Samsung's offers at the time of this writing.
If you really need an upgrade, the new Galaxy S25 FE seems like the best trade option right now. Samsung USA will give you a $300 discount on the S25 FE if you trade your S23 FE. And, at the moment, there are no other discounts on the 128GB Galaxy S25 FE.
