Game Booster+ now widely available for One UI 7 devices

A couple of months ago, Samsung launched a new tool called Game Booster+ for devices running One UI 7. However, back then, it was only available in South Korea. It is now available more widely via the Galaxy Store, and we tested it on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The Game Booster+ tool is now available more widely for Galaxy phones and tablets via the Galaxy Store. However, all its features only work on devices running Android 15 and One UI 7.0. This 7.54MB app is available with version number 1.0.00.22 in India. It could be available in most other markets where Good Lock is available officially.

Game Booster+ offers more options to tune a game's performance. You can remap a game controller's buttons and set up four different remapped key profiles. You can use one of those four profiles based on the game's genre.

It also helps you enable Game Booster GPU for each game you have installed on your phone. Its Pre Transfer feature allows the phone to get the most out of the phone's hardware while playing games that use Vulkan APIs. The Texture Filter option in the tool lets you choose whether you want higher texture details (graphics quality) or a higher frame rate (smoothness).

You can also use Game Booster+ to classify an app as a game as an unofficial way to boost its performance. Since One UI 7.0 is now widely available for eligible high-end phones, the tool could be available for those devices as well.
