The battery's bigger than any flagship Galaxy phone, not just every Galaxy Z Fold.

Samsung’s new Galaxy Z TriFold isn’t just its most futuristic phone, it also has the biggest battery Samsung has ever used in a flagship Galaxy device. The tri-folding phone comes with a 5,600 mAh battery, beating every Galaxy S Ultra and every Galaxy Z Fold released so far. It’s also the largest battery ever in a Samsung foldable.
This was made possible by the dual-fold design: Samsung split the battery across the TriFold’s three panels. This helps keep the weight balanced while still giving the phone enough power to run its huge 10-inch display. Samsung says the TriFold should easily last through a full day of use, even with heavy multitasking.
Another first: the Galaxy Z TriFold supports 45W fast charging. Until now, Samsung only offered 45W charging on its non-folding flagships and a few mid-range models. No Galaxy Fold ever went past 25W, making this a much welcome upgrade that's been a long time coming.
Samsung’s foldables have usually compromised on battery life because of their thin and complex designs, but the Galaxy Z TriFold looks like it might finally break that trend. With its bigger battery and faster charging, this could be the first Samsung foldable that doesn’t make you choose between power and portability.
