A survey conducted by Samsung Consumer Marketing Insight reveals that Gen Z and Millenials are more attracted than ever by foldable Galaxy devices, particularly the new Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6.

Several reasons stand behind this new trend change among the younger demographics, ranging from the unique foldable design to Galaxy AI.

• Compared to other age groups, 71% of Gen Zs and Millennials want to buy the Galaxy Z Flip 6, and 80% want the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Samsung Consumer Marketing Insight also claims to have figured out why Gen Zs and Millennials in Southeast Asia & Oceania like these new foldable phones.

Top reasons to love the Galaxy Z Flip 6

• The phone is pocket-friendly. It is the most compact Samsung phone when folded.
• The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has more memory than the previous generations.
• Despite its small size, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 offers a long-lasting battery.
• The ProVisual Engine enables great photography, even at nighttime and in low light conditions.
• Thanks to FlexMode and its flip-style design, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 enables the best hands-free selfie experience.

Top reasons to love the Galaxy Z Fold 6

• Like the Flip 6, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 has more memory than its predecessors.

In addition, Samsung says GenZ and Millennials in Southeast Asia & Oceania like the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 because of their Galaxy AI capabilities.

Although Galaxy AI is not exclusive to Samsung's foldable phones, the company says these demographics love how Galaxy AI features work on foldables in particular.

The survey shows that the top three favorite Galaxy AI tools are Circle to Search, Photo Assist, and Sketch to Image.
