Razr Fold likely planned for this year.

Motorola, owned by Lenovo, resurrected its beloved Razr brand for its foldable flip phone which was meant to compete with Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip series. It hasn't been much of a competition though, as Samsung's flip foldable has consistently beaten the Razr in the market.
The company never went after Samsung's top of the line Galaxy Z Fold devices, though, but it appears that may change in 2026.
Images from a puported internal Lenovo slide deck posted on X by @evleaks suggest that the company is working on a book-style foldable phone not unlike the Galaxy Z Fold devices.
The relevant slide mentions that this device is going to be released later this year. Whether it arrives before or after the Galaxy Z Fold 8 remains to be seen. It's further mentioned that the Razr Fold will have “brilliant displays, intelligent AI, and an advanced boundary-breaking camera system.”
That's certainly a tall order, as Motorola hasn't really been known in recent years for its exceptional camera capabilities. Even Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold phones leave room for improvement in this department, so Motorola will have its work cut out if it wants to upstage Samsung on this form factor with an exceptional camera experience.
Samsung is fresh off the spectacular success it achieved with the Galaxy Z Fold 7. The thinnest, more capable device has been very well received. Samsung is now expected to double down with an even lighter Galaxy Z Fold 8 that also has a larger battery. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 will be a tough cookie to crumble, no doubt about it.
