While Samsung isn't expected to bring a built-in S Pen with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, it could introduce a redesigned S Pen. According to tipster @PandaFlashPro, Samsung will launch a new S Pen featuring a new tip later this year.
Apparently, the new tip will make the writing experience a bit better, thanks to its slightly thicker build. The production of this rumored S Pen will reportedly begin in June so that it is ready for the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is expected to be announced in July 2025. Take this information with a degree of skepticism, though, as the tipster has a rocky track record.
It isn't clear if the new S Pen will be similar to the size of the previous-generation S Pen or to the S Pen Pro. It is also unclear if it features Bluetooth for Air Actions and other gestures.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to feature bigger screens than the Galaxy Z Fold 6. It might feature a 6.5-inch cover screen and an 8-inch inner foldable screen. Its crease is expected to get even less noticeable, and the screens are expected to be more power efficient.
Samsung might not bring a major change to the camera hardware, and it is possible that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 comes with a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera. It could have a 12MP selfie camera, matching the Galaxy S25 series.
The phone might come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, at least 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage. It could run One UI 7 out of the box.
The South Korean firm's upcoming foldable phone might not have a bigger battery, but it could feature faster charging (45W) and have Qi2 Ready accessories.
