Earlier this month, Samsung released the first beta version of Android 15-based One UI 7.0 to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6, which brought redesigned UI, new features, and smoother animations. Last week, the brand rolled out the second beta version of the software to the two foldable phones, which offered many bug fixes. Now, the company has released the third beta version of One UI 7 to the two devices.
As pointed out by Tarun Vats, Samsung is rolling out One UI 7 Beta 3 to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. The brand has made the latest software update available to the South Korean and international variants of the two smartphones. The update carries firmware version 2ZYCG. It brings new features, including Audio Eraser, and many bug fixes. You can check out the official changelog in the image below.
One of the biggest and most useful features One UI 7 Beta 3 for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 brings is Audio Eraser. It lets you remove six types of sounds from a video: Crowd, Music, Nature, Noise, Voices, and Wind.
Another very useful feature it packs is the more advanced version of Sketch to Image, which lets you give specific instructions to Galaxy AI, either through text or voice, so that it can generate content that's much closer to your imagination.
Last but not least, now when you select a piece of text, you will see a Galaxy AI button. When you tap on it, you will see options to summarise the text among other things. This makes it easier for you to summarize something using Galaxy AI.
The latest software update also brings the April 2025 security patch, making the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 the first devices to get it. Samsung hasn't detailed it yet but it should make the two devices more secure.
