Samsung is on fire today, at least in Korea: the company has released the official One UI 7 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. It also released the update to the Galaxy S23 series, the Galaxy S24 FE, the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup and the Galaxy Tab S9 series earlier today.
As mentioned, Korea is where the update for all these devices has made its debut. Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 owners in the country can download the update from the phone's Settings » Software update menu.
We're hoping that some other markets will get the update soon, but we're not very confident considering how disorganized the whole One UI 7 rollout has been.
It doesn't help that in some countries, like Germany and India, Samsung's official timeline says the One UI 7 update will come to the Galaxy S24 lineup, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 in April. All other eligible devices are scheduled to get it in May or June.
That said, the Galaxy Tab S9 lineup was supposed to get One UI 7 in Korea in May, so Samsung may yet surprise us. We'll let you know once the One UI 7 rollout expands to more countries, so stay tuned.
