According to the changelog, the update merely improves system stability for the Galaxy Watch 4 duo. The update comes with the same August 2022 security patch that Samsung released for its 2021 smartwatches last month.
The update weighs roughly 185MB and can be identified by firmware version R8xxXXU1GVI3. Although availability is seemingly limited to South Korea for the time being, Galaxy Watch 4 users in other markets should gain access to the firmware sooner rather than later.
If you own the Galaxy Watch 4, keep an eye on the Galaxy Wearable app installed on your connected smartphone. But again, don't set your expectations too high for this latest release. It's just a routine update that should, in theory, improve the stability of Samsung's 2021 smartwatches.
