Samsung has been a bit slow with security updates over the past few weeks, as it has been busy in rolling out One UI 8. However, the company has now released a new security update for its latest flagship tablet. Other devices will likely get the November 2025 security patch in the next few days.
A new software update is now rolling out to the Galaxy Tab S11 lineup. It comes with firmware version X730XXS3AYJ3 for the Galaxy Tab S11 and firmware version X930XXS3AYJ3 for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. The update has a download size of around 300MB and is available in South Korea.
If you have any of the two tablets above and live in South Korea, you should check for the update right away. You can do that by navigating to Settings > Software update > Download and install. After the update is downloaded completely, tap the Install now button.
The new update fixes over 25 security loopholes found in the previous firmware version. And it will make the Galaxy Tab S11 series more secure than earlier.
Now that the update has been released in South Korea, we expect it to reach other countries and regions over the next few days.
