Samsung is preparing to launch its next-generation flagship smartphones next month. As we move closer to the Galaxy S26 launch event, more details about the lineup are beginning to surface. A new leak claims that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be offered in six colors.
Well-known leakster Evan Blass (@evleaks) has shared that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be available in the six colors listed below.
Black, Silver Shadow, and Sky Blue are familiar choices for Samsung’s high-end phones, but Cobalt Violet stands out and could be the hero color. A similar color (Titanium Violet) was available for the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
An orange version of the Galaxy S26 Ultra doesn't seem to exist, despite several rumors suggesting its existence. So, Samsung may not be drawing inspiration from the iPhone 17 Pro’s hero color after all, and it is good to see this.
Samsung could announce the Galaxy S26 series in the last week of February 2026. Pre-orders will likely open on the same day in select markets. Their general availability could start beginning in the second week of March.
Samsung could slightly increase the price of the Galaxy S26 Ultra or scale back pre-order benefits to offset a significant rise in manufacturing costs caused by a sharp increase in memory chip prices.
All three Galaxy S26 series phones are expected to feature newer OLED panels but their brightness could still be limited to 2,600 nits. The Galaxy S26 Ultra could have a new feature called Privacy Display, which limits visibility from side angles. All three models could use an Armor Aluminum frame and glass protection on the front and the rear.
They will likely have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader, and stereo speakers.
The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ are expected to use the Exynos 2600 processor in most global markets. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is almost certain to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 For Galaxy chip worldwide.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra could also be the only model to receive meaningful camera hardware upgrades, featuring wider apertures. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ are expected to retain the same 50MP + 12MP + 10MP triple-camera setup from their predecessors. All three models use a 12MP autofocus front-facing camera.
