Earlier this month, a popular tipster, Ice Universe, claimed that Samsung will launch its next lineup of non-foldable flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S26 series, on 25 February 2026 in San Francisco, USA. Well, it looks like this date for the next Galaxy Unpacked event is almost final.
On X, a popular tipster, Evan Blass, claims that the information from Ice Universe is accurate. In other words, they say that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S26 series on 25 February 2026. Their exact words were “The date of 25 February is 100% correct. You can take it to the bank.”
If you were looking forward to buying the Galaxy S26 series, you can now mark your calendars for the next Galaxy Unpacked event. Speaking of buying these phones, according to a previous leak, Samsung will make the Galaxy S26 series available to purchase in early March.
Multiple reports claim that the brand will launch the Galaxy S26 series at a higher price than its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 lineup. That is despite it not offering significant hardware upgrades. It is a result of rising smartphone component prices, mainly due to a memory shortage.
