Samsung has released the fourth One UI 8 beta update for the Galaxy S25 series. Hints about a fourth beta version being in the works dropped a couple of weeks ago when another test build was spotted on Samsung's servers.
A few days ago, the Beta Operation Manager confirmed that the fourth One UI 8 beta update for the Galaxy S25 series was in development. Samsung planned to release it this week. Well, the time has finally come!
Samsung is now releasing the fourth One UI 8 beta update for the Galaxy S25. It is currently available in Germany with firmware version S938BXXU5ZYGB and could be released in other countries soon. It brings us one big step closer to the public One UI 8 release. The update brings several bug fixes that are listed below.
There is a possibility that the fourth beta update will be the last before Samsung closes the beta testing window and moves One UI 8 to the stable servers.
Needless to say, the Galaxy S25 will be the first to receive the stable update once it's ready, but there are plenty of other eligible Galaxy phones and tablets that are waiting for tangible progress toward One UI 8.
Notable mentions include the Galaxy S24 and, of course, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, both of which have been succeeded by the Galaxy Z Fold/Flip 7 a few weeks ago. The newer models ship with One UI 8 out of the box.
