Therefore, included in the phone's $2,000 price is the Galaxy Fold Premier Service, which gives a direct line of communication with Samsung experts, i.e., Fold Concierges who offer 24-hour support and tailored guidance to Galaxy Fold owners.

Samsung Members version 12.02.02.2 opens this communication line, and following the latest update, Galaxy Fold users in the US can get in touch with a Samsung expert either via phone call or video call. The changelog also mentions “other feature enhancements and bug fixes” but doesn’t go into details.
