Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition will be unveiled next week

Samsung is slowly peeling back the layers covering the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition. After teasing its partnership with the fashion house last week, Samsung took to X (formerly Twitter) again and confirmed when it will fully unveil the new Thom Browne Edition device.

Samsung says the Thom Browne Edition Galaxy Z Fold 5 is “a unique vision of innovation, at its most elegant.” The company adds that the device “will be as striking as it is inviting” and welcomes fans to save the date for September 7 — the date of unveiling.

Same hardware wrapped in a standout design

Samsung hasn't revealed anything extra about the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition. The original teaser video revealed a piece of cardboard featuring Thom Browne's Americana stripe pattern, while the latest X post shows a regular Galaxy Z Fold 5 in black.

The actual Thom Browne Edition phone will likely have a unique color and may even ship in a bundle, wherein the phone would be accompanied by themed accessories and possibly a new smartwatch and a pair of earbuds.

Samsung hasn't said anything about how much the Galaxy Z Fold 5 Thom Browne Edition will cost. Nevertheless, it will be available in limited markets. And, of course, if it's offered through a product bundle, it will be priced higher than the standard Galaxy Z Fold 5, which you can buy now for $1,799 and up. We'll find out more on September 7.
