After the Galaxy A06, Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 8.0 (Android 16) update to the Galaxy F06 and the Galaxy M06 as well.

Earlier today, we reported that Samsung has started rolling out One UI 8.0 (Android 16) to the Galaxy A06. Well, the brand has now released the new software for the phone’s Galaxy F and Galaxy M series siblings as well, the Galaxy F06 and Galaxy M06.
The update for the Galaxy F06 carries firmware version E066BXXU3BYI8, and that for the Galaxy M06 carries firmware version M066BXXU3BYI8 (via Mohammed Khatri). Reportedly, the update is live in India. Samsung could also be rolling it out in other regions.
To update your Galaxy F06 and Galaxy M06 to One UI 8, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. One UI 8 offers new UI elements in many places as well as new features, which you can check out in our video below.
Just like the Galaxy A06, the Galaxy F06 and the Galaxy M06 are also eligible for Samsung’s upcoming One UI 8.5. Based on Android 16 QPR2, it offers even more visual changes and features. You can read more about it here.
